This is more than a vacancy

A genuine next step in your podiatry career

Two Sole Podiatry team members outside a clinic

You'd be the 15th podiatrist to join our Melbourne team.

This role has been created as Sole Podiatry's directors, Jess and Sarah, begin to reduce their consulting commitments. The successful podiatrist will have the opportunity to step into an existing, well-established caseload rather than being expected to build a diary from nothing.

We are looking for someone we can trust with patients who have been part of our clinics for many years: a clinician with excellent hands-on skills, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to building lasting patient relationships.

If you already know you are a very good podiatrist but feel your current role no longer offers the support, recognition or future you want, we would love to hear from you.

Sole Podiatry is a respected, independently owned podiatry group with 14 podiatrists working across three Melbourne locations. We provide comprehensive care across general and routine podiatry, diabetes assessments, paediatrics, dermatology, ingrown toenails, sports podiatry and musculoskeletal care.

We have built a strong reputation in our local communities by combining excellent clinical care with warmth, consistency and a genuine desire to help people. We are growing quickly, but we remain deeply invested in our patients, our people and the profession of podiatry.

Our ambition is to build one of Victoria's leading podiatry brands: a business recognised not only for clinical excellence, but also for its systems, training, culture, innovation and the careers it helps create.

Who is Sole Podiatry?

Big enough to offer opportunity. Personal enough to know your name.

  • Independently owned, 14 podiatrists across three Melbourne clinics
  • General and routine podiatry, diabetes, paediatrics, dermatology, ingrown toenails, sports and MSK care
  • Building one of Victoria's leading podiatry brands

Is this you?

  • Strong clinical skills: confident, hands-on general podiatry you're proud of.
  • Care that's never just "routine": every appointment gets your full attention.
  • Trusted by patients: you communicate clearly and build lasting relationships.
  • Wanting stability: an established caseload and a secure, employed role.
  • Team-minded: you value having other podiatrists around you.
  • Always improving: open to feedback and ongoing mentoring.
  • Looking ahead: clinical leadership, deeper expertise or an ownership pathway over time.

Shape a caseload around your strengths

Excellent general podiatry is
a specialty in its own right

We're looking for someone who loves the everyday work that matters most to patients — and we'll help you build a caseload around what you do best.

General excellence

Confident with nails, calluses, corns, diabetic and dermatological care.

Your choice, not ours

No pressure to specialise if general care is where you shine.

Room to grow

Structured mentoring in MSK and dermatology, if you want it.

Why work with us?

The support to do your best work,
and keep building on it

An established caseload

Step into genuine patient demand as Jess and Sarah progressively reduce their consulting days.

Attractive remuneration

Receive the stability of a base salary, annual leave and employee entitlements, plus a generous commission structure.

Paid administration time

Your non-clinical work matters. We provide paid time for the admin required to deliver excellent care.

Paid mentoring

Access 1:1 support plus clinical mentoring in MSK podiatry and dermatology with our senior clinicians.

Paid CPD support

Benefit from a professional-development allowance, a CPD budget and paid CPD leave.

Quarterly culture days

Be paid to take part in in-house development, implementation sessions and team-building activities.

Structured onboarding

Join through a deliberate process that helps you understand our systems, people and expectations.

A podiatry team around you

Work alongside other podiatrists rather than practising in isolation, with colleagues for second opinions.

Modern clinical equipment

Use K-Laser, shockwave therapy, point-of-care ultrasound and other contemporary tools where appropriate.

Technology that reduces friction

We use tools including Heidi AI-assisted note-taking, and keep investing in tech that cuts admin load.

Flexible role design

Full-time is available and preferred, but part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

Real career pathways

Explore progression into clinical leadership and, for the right person, a potential pathway to ownership.

What sets Sole Podiatry apart

We're building the kind of
clinic we would want to work in

Retaining great clinicians takes more than a busy diary — it takes real leadership, systems, modern tools and a culture people enjoy showing up to.

  • A large, supportive clinical team
  • Clear systems, without losing your clinical judgement
  • Genuine access to mentoring
  • Investment in AI and technology
  • Paid development — not squeezed into personal time

When would I need to start?

Our ideal commencement is January 2027, but we have flexibility and can discuss an earlier or mutually suitable start date.
